- How do you ship your products?

Candles are packed with extra packing material to try and minimize breakage during shipping.
- How long will it take to receive my order?

We are a small business and all of our candles are made to order. Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order prior to shipping. For large orders please contact us first to discuss processing time prior to ordering. We will reach out if we expect processing delays.
- Can I ship my order to another address?

Absolutely. You will be able to ship to another address during the checkout process.
Please enter the proper address, as we are not responsible for lost items due to incorrect addresses.
One address per order.

- What if my candle arrives damaged?

We do not offer returns or refunds. However, in the event your item is damaged in shipping, we missed a defect, or you received the wrong item, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement. Please inspect your order once received, and contact us within 5 business days at hello@wildsidecandle.com, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Will my candle look exactly like it does online?

No. Each item is made by hand and will vary from the photo listing. Orders placed at different times will also vary slightly due to the handmade nature of the craft. Each item that leaves our studio is inspected and has received our quality approval. Size and ounce notes are approximations and can vary slightly but are generally a less than 5% difference.
- Is there a suggested way to burn my candle?

Yes, trim wick to 1/4 inch before lighting. Keep candle free of any foreign materials including matches and wick trimmings. Only burn the candle on a level, fire resistant surface. Do not burn the candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
- Should I take any caution when burning my candle?

Yes, to prevent fire and serious injury, burn candle within sight, keep out of reach of children and pets, and never burn candle on or near anything that can catch fire.
